Sean proudly holds a bachelor’s degree in religion from the Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary Christian University. Additionally, he is a licensed 220 insurance agent with the State of Florida and a United States Marine Corp veteran. Sean is honored to have served his country.

Debbie Durrance Operations Manager

Debbie Durrance has over 20 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and human resources. She is experienced in managing multiple tasks, handling both large and small company payrolls, and solving complex payroll issues. Debbie is competent in dealing with sensitive information, such as federal forms and other documents containing confidential material. She is proficient in processing and handling this information in accordance with policies and regulations, and she understands the importance of maintaining strong confidentiality.

 Debbie earned her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
